Virtual events
Reaching more with less.

The advent of virtual event technology means that you can now participate in both global and national markets without the high costs usually associated with that. Meetings and events you thought you could never host are now possible and can be arranged on-demand and with a wider audience reach.

With a virtual event, attendees participate in secure, online events from the comfort and convenience of their home or office. Since participation is so quick and easy, our clients can benefit from reaching those people who, for budget or scheduling reasons, could not attend a physical event.

An engaging virtual event can also support a physical event - this is called a "hybrid event" and means that a brand can engage with a significantly greater audience by offering the best elements of a live occasion with a virtual version giving each attendee the opportunity to visit an event in a way that suits them. A virtual event can also remain available online, way beyond the end of its live counterpart, with event attendees able to access a variety of valuable resources including presentations, uploaded content and brand collaterals.

Case Study

  • Rock.Star.People
Our client asked us to organise an event to get together the Rheumatology team spread out in 34 different countries across Europe. Deliverers proposed to deliver this event virtually making it a more cost effective solution. The content was spread out over 2 days in 2 hour sessions with the main purpose to get people engaged and interacting. Day 1 included main tactics presentations and the social element, while day 2 was mainly focused on sharing best practices and break out group discussions.

For this event, Deliverers created the following bespoke elements:

    • Rock.Star.People event theme
    • Opening and closing videos
    • Video montage with people interviews about their personal preferences
    • Virtual best practices gallery: Prior to the event, all countries where asked to submit their best practices so these could be shared and people could vote for their favourites. At the event, the winners presented their best practice presentations.
    • Networking online game: Participants submitted their preferences for food, cinema genre and holiday destination together with their picture. With these elements, Deliverers created a game for people to get to know each other a bit better while having fun!
