Compensation:

• OTE year one £60,000 (£35K + 25K based on £500K sales)
• OTE year two £100,000 (50K Basic + 50K based on £1M sales)

• To build and develop new client relationships
• Sell Deliverers portfolio of services
• Responsible for Western & E European projects in learning & development (including e-learning)
• To generate income of £500K in first year
• To generate income of 1M in year two
• Work in partnership with our project managers to deliver innovative training solutions
• Travel required
