We created this e-learning course for AstraZeneca Cardiovascular. AstraZeneca needed to train new sales reps in the cardiovascular disease area before they arrived for the Initial Training Course (ITC).

We worked with the client to develop a completely new and bespoke course. User engagement and uptake were a key requisites of this project to ensure that the new representatives could fully understand the learning objectives for each module, that information was presented in a clear, concise and interactive way so that the most important messages were easily understandable and were retained by the individual.

Throughout the e-learning we used case studies to show the emotional impact of cardiovascular disease, and encouraged candidates to answer multiple choice questions, complete drag and drops and interact with diagrams in order to fully embed the learning.

Additionally we developed a series of learning templates and a workbook to accompany the e-learning modules, these both reinforced the course content and provided continuity with the live ITC.

All the modules were developed to be SCORM compliant.
