catalyst end of year staff conference 2007

Deliverers facilitated the end of year event for the Catalyst Housing Group. This event gave the opportunity for Catalyst staff to reflect on the year’s achievements and reinforce their feeling of belonging to a vibrant housing association before getting down to their Christmas lunch.

The event took place at Brunel University, and Deliverers were tasked with updating the look and feel. Our design team created a theme based around the Catalyst logo. This theme ran through the stage designs we created and the presentations we developed. We dressed the stage, and the animated presentations, designed exclusively for Catalyst, gave staff a review of the year’s highlights, plus the results of the staff survey.

We secured the services of a compere, actress and comedienne Andi Osho, who was able to both entertain and inform the Catalyst staff. She also hosted the Catayst Fortunes Game. This version of the popular TV show featured Catalyst senior management, and gave staff an opportunity to see how much management really understood them.

The whole event was a great success and left the Catalyst staff feeling enthused, motivated and ready to enjoy their Christmas dinner.
