East Thames - Happy Customer

Deliverers have an ongoing with the East Thames Group. We have delivered many varied projects for the housing association, including training days, motivational videos and we have also run their staff conference for the last three years.

The last event was at Excel for 750 attendees. We worked closely with the leadership team to ensure that they would deliver a consistent message to their staff. Customer service was a particular issue, so we created the ‘Happy Customer’ programme. Around this programme we also filmed a bespoke DVD for all staff focusing on their requirements. During the event we also ran a staff awards programme, where we filmed nominees at work in the community. We also designed and created all the stage sets and conference material, as well as providing the evening entertainment.
