Objective:

The aim of the programme was to focus not only on the basics but to focus on attitudes, behaviours and mind-sets of the employees and understanding what it takes to be fantastic at what you do and to provide a fantastic 5* guest experience!

Solution:

The training was delivered through a wide range of methods:

  • Games, interactive activities, group feedback sessions and presentations
  • Participants were given a workbook to capture their thoughts to re-enforce the learning and to use back in the workplace
  • 8 x 2 hour sessions were delivered over 4 days
