Solution:

We had a very short timeline in which to understand and meet all the client’s requirements.

Presentations:
Deliverers Consultancy provided a series of 10, six foot, boards to illustrate the CEO’s keynote speech. Each board contained a bespoke graphic encapsulating the major themes of the speech – for example leadership stories, the business and the future. These boards were placed around the room throughout the event.

Each board was also included as part of a slide deck to accompany the speech.

Our slide deck also included presentations to support other facilitators and speakers during the day.

Video:
To accompany each speaker Deliverers produced a series of animated quotes from a range of leaders, from Abraham Lincoln to Aung San Suu Kyi. In addition we also produced a short video, featuring views on leadership from internationally renowned subjects such as Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Colin Powell, Desmond Tutu and Nelson Mandela. Each video and animation was adapted to the Lend Lease brand.

World Café:
A significant part of the event consisted of a World café, where participants split into 4 groups to consider different aspects of leadership as they relate to Lend Lease.

Deliverers create posters to provide a look and feel for each café, and developed a solution to allow resetting of the conference room to the café format during a coffee break.

Discussions in the world café were brought to life by visualisers supplied by Deliverers, who created fun and engaging illustrations which were used during group presentations on the World Café results.

Stakeholder game:
In order to understand the viewpoints of different stakeholders in the business, such as customers and partners, Deliverers produced a set of 2m x 2m floormats which participants could move around in order to discuss key questions like, “What leadership behaviours do they see in us?” and “What are we doing to create their perception?”

Result:
The result was an inspiring and engaging 2 day workshop. Deliverers solutions gave a different feel to the event, which allowed the Lend Lease Leadership team the freedom to explore and learn.
