Objective 1:

The main purpose of this project was to introduce the aforementioned ‘Market Access’ concept to the company, explain who the new clients are and the best ways to approach them and establish long-term relationships.

Since June 2010, Deliverers has been working to implement this programme across the rest of AstraZeneca organisation. Deliverers has produced the materials for three live sessions (November 2010) and adapted the existing eLearning course for AZ sales reps and the rest of the company. The final launch of the eLearning programme took place at the beginning of January.
